Biography
Noble received his Pharmacy Degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston (M.U.S.C.), where he enlisted, monitored and executed study protocols in the clinical research department of family medicine. Mr. Thomas holds additional certifications in Diabetes Care, Hypertension Management, Immunization, Medication Therapy Management, Anti-coagulation Therapy, Physical Assessment, and Laboratory Interpretation.  His extensive volunteer leadership experience includes serving on the National Pharmaceutical Association board, Palmetto Medical Dental and Pharmaceutical Society, and the Charlotte Medical Society and has served in a Governor-appointed position as Public Health Commissioner for North Carolina. Noble enjoys photography, canines, and travel.
